Why is it application only?
We coach all kinds of runners, but serious ones. The application keeps the group right and lets us welcome each person personally.
What do you look for?
You run at least twice a week, you have a specific goal, and you are willing to follow the system. Willingness matters more than your current level.
What is the difference between the two?
App & Membership ($9.99/mo) is platform access, the AI coach, and the community, with training guidance through the app. 1-on-1 with Joacim adds personal coaching, with your plan set each week. It is by application with limited spots, and the price is shared when you are accepted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Both are monthly and you can cancel anytime.
