Create your account and your plan opens: every session, with paces and heart rate zones calculated from your level, structured on the 80/20 method. Nothing is hidden behind the card.

Run your week

Follow today's session in the app. Ask the coach anything, anytime. Miss a day or feel flat? The week rebuilds around what actually happened instead of quietly falling apart.
