The founder
I am not an elite athlete. I started running at 30, with a full-time job and the same crowded life as everyone reading this. For years I trained the way most people do, stuck in the grey zone and going nowhere.
Then I spent years with a running coach who taught me how training actually works, and those principles became my own. I built my base in the small gaps of a normal life: runs on my lunch break at work, easy miles pushing the kids in the running stroller. The system did what motivation never could.
It did not just take me from a 70-minute 10K to under 40. It opened up a whole life of endurance: Vasaloppet five times over, 90 km on skis. Swedish veteran champion in racewalking in my age class. A top-10 finish at the Swedish Speedgolf Championship. Different sports, one foundation.
