This is not a plan in a PDF.
Most training plans hand you a chart and walk away. This is the opposite. You get a coach who knows your goal, watches how your training actually goes, and adjusts the plan around your real week. The same method that took me from a 70-minute 10K to under 40, run with you, for you.
What you get.
- A plan set personally every week. Usually on Sundays, I build your coming weeks by hand, around your goal, your level, and the days you can actually run.
- The app and AI coach with you all week. Between our weekly check-ins, your plan lives in the Run Mastery app and adapts when the unexpected happens.
- Me in your corner the whole way. When life gets in the way, we adjust. You are never following a chart alone.
- Built on your own numbers. Your zones, your paces, your history. Not a generic table.
How it works.
Who this is for.
I coach all kinds of runners, but serious ones. Willingness matters more than your current level. What I look for:
- You run at least twice a week. A real base to build on.
- You have a specific goal. A race, a distance, a time. Not "get fitter."
- You trust the system and the data over feelings, and you log honestly.
- You want a process, not a pep talk. Structure and logic, not hype.
- You are honest about where you are now.
Why me.
I am not an elite athlete. I started running at 30, with a full-time job and a full life. A coach spent years teaching me how training actually works, and those principles became Run Mastery. I built my base on lunch-break runs and easy miles pushing the kids in the stroller, and it took me from a 70-minute 10K to under 40, to Vasaloppet five times over, to Swedish veteran champion in racewalking, to a top-10 at the Swedish Speedgolf Championship. Different sports, one foundation: consistency, a real system, and the long game. That is what I coach.
I set every plan by hand, so I only take a small number of runners at a time. When the spots are full, this page closes until one opens. If you are ready, take yours now.
